Damage Policy

A book will be rented several times over the course of its life. As a result, it is critical to look after the rented book. If the book is returned in a condition that prevents it from being rented again, the company reserves the right to charge damage fees or replacement costs, depending on the book's condition. These conditions are explained in detail below:

• Water damage


• Stained or Missing pages


• Torn or missing cover(s)or pages


• Writing or underlining in the book ( with Pen and marker, you can use Pencil ). The book needs to be returned in good condition, which includes keeping the pages clean and free from any markings or underlining.


• Supplemental materials (such as CD's or DVD's) are not returned.


• During the rental period you are deemed to be solely responsible for the rented book, and you are responsible if it is damaged, lost or stolen.
