The book will distill the 100 most important management and leadership skills into a 60,000 word book. This will cross link with the articles on the Mind Tools website, making the book a core part of a rich and transformative management development tool kit. Each chapter will have a brief introduction and will then cover ten to fifteen individual skills, explained in around 500 words each, with links to online articles for more information. Tools will be presented in a clearly separated, "dip in, dip out type format, rather than in a more traditional, narrative format.
